Worst service ever!

The customer service is so bad, I app**** for an uncapped line and it’s 3 weeks I’m still waiting for activation. They service centre just says the system doesn’t pick it up but I signed the contract already. But when it comes to month end they want payment. Unfortunately I need to complete the duration of the contract. You just lost a loyal customer after this. I will never support you again
