Worst service ever

Worst service ever. I spent a hour and a half trying to findout details on my account. At the end I had to go to a service provider at the Mall. Only to findout they changed my contract without my knowledge. This is a breach of contract. After been with them since day one of MTN this is how they treat us. Guess what, you've lost me as a client. I'm disappointed and disgusted.
