Worst service ever

Hi I took up MTN home uncapped Wi-Fi deal. Not only has this been the worst speeds I ever got worst the Telkom. I don’t even get a response from MTN. Alway resets my line. I’m m now pay 739, from an agreed price of 699. Please can MTN call me to cancel this contract
