Worst Service EVER

By far the worst experience I’ve had with a company I supported so much.

Had taken 2 contracts that I wanted to pay up and close. It took them a week to cancel my contracts as they kept trying to convince me to reconsider.

Most people there are incapable of performing simple tasks that even my 8 year old nephew could perform.

Please stay away from MTN as a whole. I am still waiting for my R2671.32 refund and they’re all incapable of refunding me, even with the required info I provided.
