Worst Service Ever by MTN

I have been a client of MTN for as long as there have been cellphones with contracts in my name for my wife, children and staff. When it became time to move contracts to the people using the phones, it took 6 visits and just over 10 hours to get this done only to find that billing, statements were all wrong. My profile was deleted and contracts were migrated from me with no request for this to be done. Staff are hopelessly *********** and management is terrible refusing to even come talk to me. I give up!
