WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

EXTREMELY UNHAPPY!!!

We have logged a complaint for over a year now that has not been resolved. We were in office at the illanga store to log our complaint due to the incompetence's of the call Centre.

Please see our ticket references of all of the complaints that we have logged and never gets sorted or just gets closed!!!! What will it take to sort this out????

We request from management to give us a call to have this situation resolved for once and for all.
