Worst Service Ever

I had a terrible experience with MTN. They have the worst customer service ever. I would not advise anyone to use them as a service provider. And if you have a contract with them which needs to be cancelled, they don't even assist with that or phone you back as promised. Three consultants promised to phone me back, yet no one got back to me.
