Worst Service Ever!

Worst experience the home wi-fi router. Firstly the agent that assisted us advised that the first payment is pro-rata for the month of November and for December. Then mid month it was disconnected and we were told we didn't pay for Dec, we made a payment immediately now the service has been disconnected and will be connected again in Jan, even though they can see the payment reflecting and the is nothing anyone can do about we must just wait for the 1st of Jan. Please make it make sense
