Worst service ever

The worst experience I've ever had I never had this experience with vodacom and cancelations of contract ..my contract ended in December sent an email to cancel but they continue deducting money I'm not aware off and keeping deducting more money .I've sent 10 emails to their complaints no investigation nothing is being done instead they just take more money .would never recommend them even on my worst enemy .
