Worst service ever at MTN Sunninghill!!!!

I have received the worst service from Happiness Phiri at MTN store in Sunninghill (Chilli Lane). I went in on 25.08.2025 and requested to sign up for a Data contract, a Debicheck was sent to my bank account, which I accepted. Only to be told seconds later that the system has issues and a contract cannot be printed for me to sign, and this was right after the customer next to me had signed his. Happiness told me she'll call me the following morning to complete my purchase. At 12h30 on 26.08.2025 I called Happiness and she couldn't assist at that time, telling me that she'd call me at 14h30. At 15h20 I called since she had not called as promised, I was then told Happiness had stepped out and would call me back. At 16h10, I called again and was placed on hold for a long time. I hung up and dialed again, Happiness picked up and told me that she's on a call with another client. My question to her was, how is she able to come back from wherever she had gone to and call another client when she had not come back to me as promised, her response was unbelievably rude, she told me that she has other clients to service, I'm not the only one... I requested she hand me over to another agent for assistance and she hung up on me. I need this attended to as a matter of urgency and would like feedback on how the consultant has been dealt with. This treatment is unacceptable!
