Worst service ever!!!!

MTN has the worst service EVER. I lost my sim card and they are unable to help me with a sim swap because someone loaded an order on my contract and they can't cancel it. They are not trying AT ALL to help me sort it out. Ive been on the line with a few people at the call centre and I've been in two stores and no one can help me.
