Worst service ever

Now how shall I put this. I tried to upgrade via the mtn on line pack. For a laptop bundle. The system kept saying oops something went wrong. I then left it as per my previous writing about mtn. I then 5 weeks ago went to mtn store at wonderboom junction. Did the upgrade just to find out somehow I was already upgraded without any one letting me know and I have not recieved any call and apparently the router I "upgraded" for. So I tried for 5 weeks to get someone to cancell the so called upgrade because I cannot upgrade to what I wanted. It was now cancelled after my hello Peter writing. Now mtn junction says they cannot do my upgrade to the package because it expired. What the hell. It is not my fault that I had to battle 5 weeks to get the the bogus contract cancelled. Wow MTN you just shine in your customer care.
