Worst Service Ever
Horrible Service ever. I regret taking their contract. Learn from me

19 Aug 2025, 21:52I received different amounts on the same day then today they say I owe R2111.00, I was paying R389 now it is R2111. 00. This was the highest amount. When I called others are saying R1200 while other they are saying it R2111.00. I find this very disturbing. Because I am not sure also that is it the accurate amount because the billing department they were sending all these amounts. I ask for the invoice they said it not available but nonetheless they will debit money. DO NOT GO FOR MTN CONTRACT they will take you for a ride. This is the worst I regret the day I join MTN.
