WORST SERVICE EVER

MTN has the most shocking customer service. I would not advise anyone to get a MTN contract.

I cancelled a contract in July 2022 and have been charged every month since then. Every time I phone them to resolve the issue and get my money back there is a thousand stories.

They either refer you to someone else the whole time until the line dies or they just hang up the phone. They also tell you someone will contact you within 48 hours and that never happens. I’m still waiting for my call back from them. I’ll never trust MTN ever again.

I’ll advise everyone to cancel their contracts and use another service provider.
