WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never in my life seen such unprofessionalism like MTN. I took out a contract last year with them in November (2 phones)and added insurance which is with gaurdrisk when my phone got ****** and I had all the docs sent to them they said said they couldn't assist giving me in incorrect number which I didn't claim for , and stating that i have taken out that sim card ...their service is ridiculous ...and mind you they debited on the 25th im now paying for services that i am not even using ..I don't recommend MTN 🤦♀️😥😡
