worst service ever

worst service ever you partnered with Urban lifestyle and this is the service we got from them: on the 15th of March i was approved and was told my phone would be delivered in 7-10 working days. Its 18th of June and yet i have not received my phone but they have been debiting my account every month since March. I called to say i want to cancel but they told me that i would loose all my payments i have made to them.
