Worst service ever!!!!!

I have been a customer of MTN now quite some time and never really had issues.

but unfortunately that has changed in the last 4 weeks, it was time for me to upgrade and that is normally a exiting thing but it has become one of the most frustrating things I have tried 3 time do do an upgrade with no success the first time the just do not phone you!!! the second time go through the whole process just to get the device and then when you phone in its one excuse after the other and the the third and final time the prices on the website and what they have is just not the same thing!!!!

what has happened to quick easy and good service ??? honest opinion move to the other service providers, because if something so simple has become such an effort what does the future hold.
