Worst service ever!!!!

I don’t know where to begin to explain my disappointment in MTN service, I requested for my two data sim contracts to be cancelled about a month ago at an MTN store in Sandton mall and my request was not actioned and I was billed over R1200 for the one account that is now on month to month. Again about two weeks ago I called in and requested for the contracts to be cancelled, the agent promised that my request would be actioned right away and today I decided to call to find out if this has been done to my surprise my request has not been actioned and the request is sitting with retention who never answer calls if one is lucky to go through the consultants hang up in the middle of the conversation and I have to call back and wait on the line to be assisted. I’m really frustrated and I regret ever opening contracts with MTN. I am only a cash *** to them and they have zero interest in helping me cancel these contracts and the network Is forever poor and I am not able to use the data that I was *******ly billed for. CANCEL ALL MY CONTRACTS PLEASE!! your service is the worst.
