Worst service ever!!!!

I had the worst experience with MTN. I paid off my contract on the 22nd of January. I have been trying to contact them since then to find out whats going on with my contract and have failed every single time. I then went to the MTN store in Howick and received the worst customer service ever. The staff were so unprofessional and failed to assist me. This is really frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!
