Worst service ever

I regret taking the home internet with MTN. To make it worse I am being charged triple what the agreement is and when I enquire they tell me that there was miscommunication between them and I must just pay as they can't do anything. I paid in advance as per the agreement and now they say they can't see that payment. I tried sending to show the payment and it didn't allow cause they gave me a wrong email address. MTN is ripping us and the agent are so rude. None of them didn't even want to listen to what happened and one said even if I cancel that subscription it won't make MTN bankrupt. The audacity and the bull**** that MTN is giving us is hell. 😤😡
