Worst service ever

I have internet contract with mtn I have experiencing network problems for the past 3 months it keeps disconnecting , I called customer service many times and I was told the tower I'm connecting to is down . Since I'm on contract I'm expected to pay every month for the service that I do not get or use This is day light ******* by mtn South Africa I want my money back even now I still can't connect to internet All the time they tell me the matter has been escalated how does that help me ?
