Worst Service Ever

I took out a black Friday contract deal over 5 years ago. My procedure for upgrading has always been to go to the store around the same time and upgrade it accordingly. My contract expires on the 11th.

I went in earlier this month to try and see what is available but they told me that the specials will only come out closer to black Friday. When I went last week, because nothing was suitable for my needs i requested to cancel it. I was not told / informed that my contract was due for an upgrade. Now they saying I need to pay R1700 a month for two months till cancels.

Also I tried to sign up for a special today because on Friday when I called the systems were offline but now I cant sign up for it because it is too late. and you have no specials available. I have sat on the phone over two hours but no one can help me.
