Worst service EVER!

I got a MTN home internet mid month of August. The product is R269 p/m. Because I signed up for it mid month, I was charged a pro rata and the amount debited was a total of R364 on the 23rd of August. I was then later charged an additional R364 on the 28th of August. I’ve called MTN numerous times and no one knew why my account was debit twice. A ticket was logged but closed the next day. With no feedback. To top it off, an amount of R217 was debited on the 4th of September, apparently that’s for Octobers services. So I have basically been debited R945 in a space of less than 30 days. Worse service EVER!
