Worst Service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst Experience ever!!!!!! Please advise urgently why this contract has not been re-activated yet. After numerous calls, each call with a few different people lasts 38 min to 1 hour and still we are now more than two weeks without being able to make calls. Account is paid up to date. Then I speak to someone else at the call centre in 48 hours, being told, now 24 hours, then 5 days, again 24 hours, again 48 hours. What is the problem? I really do not understand??? I need to speak to a manager now, because I am just being told a new story every two days when I phone and we are still not being able to make or receive any calls!!!!!!!!!
