WORST SERVICE EVER!!

After spending more than 1hour on the line with retentions to upgrade my voice contract, only to say they have a problem on their system. I was called back today and asked verification questions that again were answered " You have successfully been verified by MTN" only to be told that the system is not operating properly and that they will have to go through the most dumb questions for the 4th time. Have been a client of MTN for 20 years with brilliant credit track record. This company will never ever be supported by myself, family and all business contacts that I will be calling or dealing with .
