Worst service ever

In 2019 you handed my account over to SSDA and I paid my account through them and settled the account in October 2021. But recently I've been getting calls and messages from different attorneys stating that you sold my account to them and I'm owing them R1700. On the 13th August one of your consultant in the branch opened incident *** and it was closed without being resolved. On 27th September an email was sent but no reply or whatsoever. 14th October another one was opened (***)but for some reason closed again. What does it really take for one to getting a paid up letter from you. And the only reply I recently got from you is that I must contact legal who is not even bothered to reply. You are *********** and very unprofessional
