Worst service ever !

This absolutely has to be the worst service ever !

2 days ago I purchased the MTN home Wi-Fi deal, the home router was delivered but I guess they forgot to deliver the actual Wi-Fi , I called the “MTN champion Xolelwa is her name “ apart from being uninterested and yawning on the phone in my ear . She told me it will only be active in October. Mind you I was charged Pro-rata then proceeded to hang up .

Absolutely ridiculous! Disheartening
