Worst service EVER!!

<p>submitted a cell phone repair claim 20/04/2016! It still hasn't been handled, no one contacted me, AFTER A MONTHPASSED I WENT TO MTN MENLYN WHERE I BOUGHT IT AND COMPLAINED, I was made to fill in the same phone i had filled in proir, and by then, the phone wasnt even lighting up anymore, it eventaully came back on a couple days later. i requested and I was promised a donor phone, they told me insurance will deliver! the month is almost over and i dont have a donor phone amd my phone is possibly still sitting at mtn brooklyn where i dropped it off friday, hoping this will speed up the process of fixing it, i need that phone! its been ALMOST 2 MONTHS!!!! like seriously, this is ridiculous! and the silence???</p> <p>I HAD TO RUN AROUND FROM MTN STORE TO MTN STORE TO GET MY PHONE TAKEN.
