Worst service ever!!!
<p>I'm struggling to get hold of MTN head office in order to get a clarity on my account. It's been 3 months, an amount of R1000 was paid. Legal division claim that they don't have my record on the system. How on earth one has to go through such frustration just to settle an account. Even at the branches they can't assist, 4 different branches went to.... WORST SERVICE EVER MXM!!! </p>

Please take note that the payment for R1000.00 has been received and reflect on the account. The system will not generate any invoices to the account if the account is hard suspended and in legal. As per the legal department the arrears is now paid up and this will cover until December 2015 month invoices.
Subscription fee from January-April outstanding and the amount for R885.62 need to be paid to bring the balance to current. Once the payment is done you may fax to me *** attention Alice, once received we will then ask the legal department to activate the account and remove the account from legal department. Due to the inconveninced caused I will pass a good will credit for one month subscription fee.
Hope this is in order.
