I have app**** for a cellphone contract for my mom last week Tuesday. As my mom is 86 years old, it was hard getting her at Tygervalley. First the fingerprint system did not work. Then they advised me that they can skip it. I waited a whole week before someone contacted me to inform me about the contract. I had to drive there every day. As my mom does not have a bank account and lives with us, I signed the third party form and gave them my bankstatements. After 3 days I went to the shop and was informed that they did not received all the information. The sales lady checked the documents and everything was there. I went there yesterday and still they insisted a bank statement of my mom. This morning I was informed that the contract was declined as they are looking for my moms bank statement. This was the worst service I ever received for any mobile company. Do they discriminate against the elderly for not having a bank account?
