Worst service ever

I would give a minus star if possible. For the past two weeks my life is stuck.iam unable to receive calls but I can make calls I have called mtn call center numerous times and was given different numbers to use but still not working. Last call center agent 04/02/2023( Musa) who was very rude and impatience with me, while trying to tell her that the numbers that she is giving me I have tried them and still not work. Apparently it has to do with call barring or something. Iam missing important calls. Must I port my number to another network
