WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

So I ordered a phone via MTN Online on the 27th September as mine broke. I received confirmation email for my order and is states that they will contact within 48hours to complete the order, 48hours gone nothing, I send a communication to them via their online system to say I have not received feedback with regards to my order, nothing still. I go online start the process again, receive confirmationon the 2nd October, then decide to just order via MTN Direct, okay I speak to Naydeen Emanuel , she processes it and ask that I send some documents, okay that is then done, she says I will receive an sms advising me if my application was successful within 2 to 48hours, 48hours gone, no communication, I then send an email to her to say I still have not received any feedback, I sent that on the 4th October, the same day I receive sms from MTN with the courier details and reference number, stating also that delivery will take place in 3 working days. So Monday the 8th October I call the courier just to track my parcel and I am told it is not with them as they cannot pick anything up on the system with the ID number I provided. Okay, then I call mtn, I speak to Jen, she says she can see my documents were loaded on the system on the 2nd October but its still processing, I ask meaning, she says my application has not being denied or approved it is still being processed 7 days of just processing my application when I was informed that my phone will be delivered in 3 working days!!!!! Is it because I desperately need a phone and chose MTN as I have always been with MTN????? NO. From the 27th September to the 8th October no progress whatsoever
