Worst service ever

Worst experience I've ever had. Sent sim swop documents on the 1st November and to date no follow up besides a request to send my alternative number which I did. I cannot do anything as my number is linked to a lot of things. I hurt my ankle that's why I'm doing the sim swop now. The whole process has become unbearable and tedious to say the least.
