Worst Service EVER!!
My Wife spoke to an agent from MTN on 16th Match 2018 for a new contract(Dealer Code: 405289, Seq No: MV ********** ) The agent took all the details and said the phone will be delivered shortly. Sure enough the couriers came with the phone and when verification took place, it was found that they spelled her Name incorrectly(It listed Nadin instead of Nadine). As per the courier, details needs to be an exact match before they may release the goods. He informed that the package needs to be sent back to MTN where they need to re-ship this with her name spelled correctly.
Since then we have made numerous calls, and sent mails, and still no response has been received from MTN.
Its been over a month and need answers on what is happening? I need this to be resolved within this week! This was supposed to be a birthday gift, which has now come and gone.

We have sent the request to them to contact you for assistance.
The contact number for them is (0)31 *** .
You may as well contact the DSV delivery department to confirm if the device was sent back to MTN Warehouse, the contact number is *** they will require the ID number for assistance.
