WORST SERVICE EVER

I have had thee worst customer services ever thus far which had me terminating a contract with you guys because none of your consultants could help me blacklist my phone from the time it was lost till the day I gave up and cancelled because your people are rude AF. My phone was ****** on a Friday( 8/12/2017), I knock off at 5am so I had to wait till your shops could open to report my phone ******. I get there and they tell me I need to call in, I then go home without any assistance and when I call in, they tell me they can't help me. IMAGINE!! A PAYING CUSTOMER AND YOU HAD NO MEANS OF HELPING ME TO TRY AND BLOCK THE PHONE.

The store code 1309 assistant, black female, had the audacity to tell me that she can't help me with blacklisting my phone, I need to come back with an affidavit, my ID and the phone's box. Ok,I plead with her to at least to use my ID number, I mean, I am here to report a ****** phone, this is still the 8th, for to at least block it, it is a branch. She tried and eventually said "I can't find you on the system" Imagine, I am a paying customer, never have I ever defaulted any payment with my time with you. Right , I ask how can I not be on the system, am I not an MTN customer? And she rudely replies, "ey anagazi sisi, ngicela uphathe i-ID ne affidavid mawubuya sikwenzele" (by the way, this was the second MTN store that could not help me.

I go to sleep and I eventually go to the police station on the 12th of December, mind you, I have been reporting this since the 8th, I'm sure the lady I spoke to did not even go into my account to put any notes (I know these things) fine okay, I go back to the same store on the 13th of December, with the required documents, I mean, I work a 7pm to 5am job, and before I go, I call a consultant at about 1am in the morning during my lunch break, I ask for assistance and she adv me to call back in the morning, the contract department is closed, I requested to speak to her manager and refused because at that time I was desperate for help even though the damage had been done up until I had to hang up because my lunch break was almost over. I go back to the store code 1309 for assistance, once again, with the docs and the lady just ignored me as if she has never seen me before. I waited and all they adv me to do was to call the contract department 808, and all I got was, we cannot find your number on the system, that she was going to send an email to some siebel thing. AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was ****ed off angry. I asked the manager there, how can I as a (once again) paying customer not be found on one of your systems but you can find me when you debit me every month?? They looked at me with blank stares and continued to help their customers as if I never existed

even when I had what they wanted with me on hand. I got home at about 12 pm that day, and I had work in the afternoon. Waste of time, energy and money. I got home and I cancelled the ****** contract because of the shoddy service that I have received from your agents. And I know that as a black customer, this will go unnoticed but all I want is my change back and my number back so I can do a sim swap and port over to another provider. I have experienced the worst with MTN.

Oh don't worry, I paid off your contract price on Sunday, so you can't complain about me not footing the bill. I am never going back to MTN with their shoddy procedures and their lack of care and services for their customers. Oh let me not forget , that consultant of yours had the audacity to tell me to go the MTN that I bought my phone from. I was appalled

That was when I left that ****** shop and took down the store code. Why is our customer information only limited to the shop you bought the phone from?????? HUH??? I AM SO FRUSTRATED RIGHT NOW IT HURTS!!!!!
