WORST SERVICE EVER

MY girlfriend took a phone for repairs at Mtn Menlyn Maine about 3 weeks ago. They confirmed in store that the phone will be repaired and arrive within in two weeks.. I kept on calling the store and asked for progress regarding the delivery and they gave excuses like ; they changed the courier and that they waiting for the courier to deliver goods and also told me that they cant track the device with the courier company..I called again and was very frustrated and spoke to the Manager which is Jonathan Mhlapo who suddenly told me that they waiting for payment first before the goods can be delivered. I told the manager that I have been calling for 2 weeks and they could not even tell me that we need to make payment first but all they kept saying was the courier is on its way. The manager than told us to please make payment and follow it up with him once payment has been made so that the device can be delivered on 21 August 2017 or 22 August 2017. We made payment and got to MTN Menlyn Maine on Saturday 19 August 2017 and tried to get hold of the manager but he was not answering his phone. I called again today 22 August 2017 and suddenly the manager had a different story and told me that they again waiting for the delivery and he could not say when the device will arrive or track it. This week will be the fourth week that we waiting for our device and I am disgusted in the service,lack of communication and empty promises that MTN Menlyn Maine has given us.
