Worst service ever!!

I have had an issue with my account since the 21st of June 2015. Since then I have not spoken to 1 person at MTN or one of their stores that could help me resolve this problem - that was caused by MTN not ME. I am sick and tired of being sent from one person to the next only to not be helped AGAIN. MTN's service is terrible!!!<br>
