Worst service ever!!!!

Mtn has the worst service ever experience!. their call centre is pathetic, every time I try to call in i just get cut off... I am a paying customer and i demand to speak to someone who will give me the service i need... i have called in before and it took them 1h and 30minz just to answer my call and still transferred me from one department to the next!!!.... i am highly irate as this is the fifth time of the month that you guys are doing this to me and its only the middle of the month... i also work whereby customer service is vitally important and not once have i transferred the customer because i don't know my job, i equip myself with the skill to assist the customer with the best service possible... if u guys are hiring just to fill posts that is not my problem so get someone to call me back and give me a better service as right now i am holding on the line for an hour already and will close all my accounts with u guys and take my business elsewhere where i'm given better service and treated fairly!!!
