Worst service ever

<p>My wifes contract was expiring on the 31July 2017 and summer mobile gave me a call to initiate the upgrade, which I agreed to taking into account it was my wifes birthday and this would make an Ideal birthday present and to date, I still haven't received the package, I called MTN and they advised that I need to call Summer mobile as I upgraded with them, I did that and according to Summer mobile, MTN has changed couriers and there are delays blah blah blah. My wifes birthday is only a few days away and still no phone, as a paying customer I do not care about internal politics, all I want to hear is when is the phone being delivered?? this is for phone number ********** 429. Can someone address this and give me an ansswer, I was told 10 days and I hve been waiting ever since,</p>
