WORST SERVICE EVER !!!

<p>Use to be with Altech Autopagen(Liquidated) - MTN took over the book. Every month Altech received monthly subscription - R4750.00 Phone blocked since last year Aug 2016. Were in Thailand could not receive any messages. When I got back in SA I reported the matter. Now 6 months down the line still no joy and still no usage of the phone that we are paying every month !!! Even paying more that subscription amount. What am I paying for ?? Blocked phone ??? Very very upset !!!!!</p>
