Worst service ever!

<p>Went to the MTN shop 45, In George, Garden Route Mall. Received my phone upgrade. I waited about 2 weeks for my 10 GB promotional data. Consult said I would receive it the same day as I got my new phone. LIES I tell you. Finally I got my 10 GB after I had call her. Then I got my monthly minutes and data but no SMS at all. I called her again and she said she'll fix it. Still I haven't received it. This is the worst service I have ever received. This is a breach of contract. If I do not receive everything that's stipulated in my contract, I'll sue them and go to Vodacom which is bar far better than MTN. Thank you for your incompetence!</p>
