Worst Service Ever

<p>I got a new contract from MTN as I was told that their servce is very good.</p> <p>They gave me a recycled number and people bothered me looking for someone els.</p> <p>This already upset me and I phone to correct this.</p> <p>They said that they can only give my another recycled number which will not solve my problem.</p> <p>I spesifically said to not do that as I've alrady sent out the current number.</p> <p>When I put the phone down i received a SMS saying my number will be changed shortly.</p> <p>I phoned back immedeatly to stop this and the consultant ( Portia ) said to me that its been done and there is nothing she can do about it after i just told her not to do it!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>So my number was taken away and my phone has not been working for 7 days!</p> <p>I've spoken to 23 different people and know one knows whats going on or how to fix this problem.</p> <p>MTN is ignoring me.</p> <p>I even sent Facebook Messages which they read but never came back to me with a solution.</p> <p>This is Day 7 and I'm still phoneless!!!!</p> <p> </p>
