Worst service ever

<p>I had a contract phone with MTN but I was ******, due to your uncaring thought the phone wasn't insured as you do not offer any insurance(what type of a company are you?)..... Now i have to R249 MONTHLY for a phone I'm not using as well as the blocked SIM....... Which I have to pay for above a year and six month
