Worst service ever

<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">Hi i purchased a contract from mtn 6 months ago,with in the 1st month the mobile on contract went faulty,booked it in for assesment took 2 weeks and then it was replaced.a month ago the mobile went faulty after charging it ,the display went blank,took it back in and booked it in for repairs.4 weeks are gone now and no response from the store or the repair center.i called the repair center to check what could be the hold up and to my astonishment i was told that they awaiting stock to replace the phone.the lady at the repair center told me that the delay came from the store as the phone was booked in on the 9th of march 2017 bt they only received the phone on the 17 of march 2017.i am with out a phone for a month now and i am told that i will have to wait anotha 2 weeks for feedback.this is terrible service for me being a paying customer.there is no help or response from the mtn store in watercrest mall they keep telling me they will call me and never call me.i am sick and tired off this servise.i tink for all this inconvenience i shud be offered a new phone and not sum refurbished phone.help me sum one please.</span></p>
