<p>14 Oct 2016 - Official Launch of the brand new iPhone 7.</p> <p> </p> <p>Happy chappy I get my brand new phone.</p> <p>14 Nov 2016 - First payment goes off - still a happy chappy.</p> <p>21 Nov 2016 - Phone falls, screen shatters and LCD is *****ed - not a happy chappy.</p> <p>22 Nov 2016 - Take phone to MTN Repair Centre in Midrand, lady says the phone is broken beyond repair.</p> <p>Fillout forms and take them to MTN Mall of Africa, where I purchased the phone.</p> <p>Claim get submitted.</p> <p> </p> <p>13 Dec 2016 - Feedback from Mall of Africa - Insuance states your claim has been declined, due to another sim card being entered into broken phone - UHM, How?? the phone is BROKEN, with what sim card??</p> <p> </p> <p>ENTIRE December goes by.</p> <p> </p> <p>15 January 2017 - MTN notifies me, they changed over to Pinnacle Insurance and the Insurance only got activated AFTER the claim was submitted, a month after ive had the phone?? not my mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>14 February 2017 - Its been 3 Months with NO feedback whatsover, the fact that the insurance got activated a month after my claim got submitted is not my fault!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This is ridiculous! ive been paying for a phone for 3 months that I dont even have.</p>
