Worst Service Ever

<p>I am now beyond annoyed i have been trying to get itemised billing since the 12th December. It is now the 22 December and still nothing. Really MTN i have even agreed to the charge of R21.50 and i have got no results. HOW HARD IS IT TO GENERATE A REPORT REALLY.</p> <p>My current reference number is ********** 99 </p> <p>Would really appreciate a response as i am currently unable to finalise my claim </p>
