WORST SERVICE EVER
<p>I HAVE BEEN WITH MTN FOR MANY YEARS ALREADY. I HAVE FIVE CONTRACTS WITH THEM. NOW I APP**** ON BEHALF OF MY SON, AND HE WAS DECLINED BECAUSE HE DID NOT MEET THE CRITERIA. HOWEVER NOBODY CAN TELL ME WHAT THIS SO CALLED CRITERIA IS. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I FEEL LIKE CANCELLING ALL MY CONTRACTS WITH MTN. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. AND I REFERRED HIM TO MTN!!!! I AM VERY DISSAPPOINTED IN MTN. SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING MOVING TO ANOTHER SP</p>
Thank you for the reply, but I am still in the same position as before my complaint. Nobody at MTN even answers a fone. I have been holding for 20 min already. Unacceptable. I see the only solution is to cancel my existing contracts.
