Worst service ever.
<p>I have asked them to provide me with the cancellation fee to change to prepaid, but they could not assist me as I have an outstanding amount on my account. Which any business would do is put the outstanding amount on the cancellation and I could pay it all together. It has been a week now and they do not answer my emails. I just want to change to prepaid and they are giving me hassles. </p>
