Worst Service EVER !!!!

<p>I am a client of MTN for 23 YEARS!!!!! 23YEARS... and this is the worst service I have ever received!!!!</p> <p>My one phone is due for upgrade today and as I drove Km's and Km's ( I work outside town) I get to a branch in Tzaneen, Limpopo, Crossing Mall and there is noone in sight and when we finally got someone to assist us we had to go to the next branch because they are bussy renevating... bull****! all I ask is nice service for the 23 years I have been supporting MTN. SO I go to the next branch because I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD.... Tzaneen, Lifestyle Centre MTN, there they are not helpfull at all, they struggle to help or understand me in the first place, tell me: if you work for a cell phone company how hard is it to assist one that needs to upgrade??? okay so now they are understanding me and then I got the feedback there in the store, " you may not upgrade due to R53.00 you paid short on one of your accounts... WHAT THE HELL, I WILL PAY YOU THERE AND THEN R200.00 OR EVEN R500.00 IF YOU WANT, I MEAN HERE I AM STANDING A CLIENT FOR 23 YEARS NEVER EVER SKIPPED ONE PREMUIM, NOW I NEED TO UPGRADE AND YOU CAN NOT ASSIST ME BECAUSE OF R53.00?????? I HAD A PROBLEM ON MY BANK ACCOUNT SETTINGS LAST MONTH AND THERE WAS A FEW DEBIT ORDERS FAULTY TAKE NOTE NOT RETURNED BUT FAULTY!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>SO TODAY I AM TAKING ALL MY CONTRACTS FROM MTN AND I AM MOVING TO CELL C !!!! MTN I AM VERY DISAPOINTED IN YOUR SERVICE VERY !!!! AND SECONDLY, PLEASE GET MORE PROFESIONAL EMPLOYEES IN THE TZANEEN LIMPOPO BRANCHES ( crossing mall & lifestyle).</p> <p> </p> <p>Good Bye MTN and thank you for your poor rotten service.</p>
