Worst Service Ever

Worst network and service for one month my network has been useless you phone coverage who check the towers tell you the tower is do get ref number and they tell you waiting for reply from technicians after phone every second day all you get told is waiting on techician feedback its easy for mtn to take money but service is beyond a joke and try recieving a refund ..my wife has been waiting on a refund that was taken for the 2 months and we were cancelled and on another network would not recommend this network to anyone
